1. PetDesk. If you haven’t downloaded this awesome app, we can highly recommend it for managing your pet’s care. On PetDesk you can request appointments, refill prescriptions, see our hours, access your pet’s shot records and set up reminders for vaccinations and other appointments. Click here to get started by downloading the app for iOS or Android.

2. Text us! Want to ask a quick question, get status on a refill, confirm an appointment, or check on your hospitalized pet? Just text us and we’ll respond during business hours. The number is (719) 528-5689, and normal carrier rates apply. Just make sure that you identify yourself when you text and watch that autocorrect! Also, please keep in mind that texting isn’t appropriate for emergency situations—please call the hospital if your pet needs ER or urgent care.
