• Salary: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday schedule

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and pets, and create a warm, positive first impression
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and client communication
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support the veterinary team and keep the front desk running smoothly
• Deliver exceptional client service every step of the way

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• 2+ years of veterinary receptionist experience (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• A friendly, dependable, and professional approach
